2023 Jayco Jay Flight SLX 8 263RBS Travel Trailer Floorplan Review
In the exterior of this 2023 Jay Flight SLX 8 263RBS travel trailer, you will find an outside kitchen with an outside grill prep, LED exterior lighting, a cold external shower in the back and one pass thru storage compartment in the front, and one storage compartment in the back.
The power retractable awning with LED lights 16′ long is located covering a patio area with connection prep for an entertainment center, next to the outdoor kitchen and covering the dual entry doors of this RV.
As you can see on the floorplan below of this 2023 Jay Flight SLX 8 263RBS travel trailer, there are two entry doors. One is located in the front, across from the queen bedroom. The other one is located on the same side, next to the outside kitchen.
At the right of the rear entry door, you will find the kitchen area of the Jay Flight SLX 8 263RBS. The kitchen is equipped with a 3-burner range with cover, a small oven, a range hood, a microwave oven, and an 8-cu. ft. refrigerator that can work with gas or electric power. Kitchen countertops are residential-style. The kitchen sink is a double white plastic sink equipped with a high-rise black mate kitchen faucet.
To the left of the rear entry door, you will find the fully dry and huge bathroom. So, the bathroom is located at the rear of the camper and opposite the bedroom. It is really spaced, comfortable, and well-distributed. In one of the corners of the bathroom, you will find a hand basin, a wood-trimmed mirror, and a dressing table. On the opposite side, there is a shower with a tub and a skylight, with complementary fabric shower curtains. In the middle of the bathroom, there is a foot plastic flushable RV toilet (marine-grade). There is no medicine cabinet.
The master queen bedroom of the 2023 Jayco SLX 8 263RBS travel trailer is located at the front of the camper, across the front entry door. With solid sliding doors, this queen bedroom is very private and separated from the rest of the RV. The bed is a queen mattress size 60″x75″.
Regarding the slide out of the 2023 Jayco SLX 8 263RBS travel trailer, here we are going to see an important difference in the 263RBS floorplan of this camper with respect to previous years’ Jayco floorplans. Across from the kitchen, there is a single large slide-out with a booth dinette and reclining theater seats.
In front of the reclining jack knife sofa, there is a prep entertainment center with connections ready to plug in HDMI, and Bluetooth prepared for music with speakers throughout the camper.
There is an option to replace the theater seat with a hide-a-bed and have two more sleeping places.
Inside this 263RBS travel trailer, there are nice and solid maple hardwood cabinet doors and over-the-head counters. There is LED interior lighting as we see before in previous Jayco SLX 8 floorplans.
Windows have shades and dark-tinted safety glass for privacy. The A/C roof mounted is 13,500 BTU. The SLX 8 263RBS travel trailer is equipped with a 6 gal-water heater that can work with gas or electric power.
There are two options for interior design. Classic Cottage, with a dark gray-brownish wood touch, and Modern Farmhouse, offering a layout more bright, with light color throughout with white wood.
